Why Neurask AI exists

More and more people no longer ask Google but AI assistants whom to hire. The answer often names only a few providers. Big brands have teams that take care of this. The trade business, the practice or the online shop don't. That's who we build Neurask AI for: easy to understand, affordable and usable without expert knowledge.

How we measure

  1. The right questions. Neurask AI reads your website and works out how your customers ask about what you offer, with industry and location. You can review and change every question.
  2. Ask regularly. On every measurement day, we ask each question once to ChatGPT and once to Claude, through the official APIs, with web search and your location. AI answers vary, so we show visibility with a range that gets more precise with every measurement. Answers in the consumer apps may differ slightly.
  3. Analyze. We detect whether and in which position you are mentioned, who is mentioned instead of you, how the answer sounds about you and which sources it relies on.
  4. Give recommendations. From the gaps we derive concrete steps, such as missing listings on portals, missing details on your website or too few reviews. They are sorted by expected impact.

What the metrics mean

  • Mentioned: How many answers include your name, for example 9 out of 20.
  • Rank: Your position in the answer, counted only when you are mentioned.
  • Sentiment: How the answer sounds about you: positive, neutral or negative. An AI model rates this, and the rating is marked as automatic in the product.
  • Sources: Which pages the AI cites in its answer, if it cites any.
  • Status: Good, neutral or poor, depending on how often and how high up you are mentioned compared to your competitors.

Our principles

  • Honest measurement. There is no such thing as a paid spot in AI answers, and we don't promise one.
  • You decide. Neurask AI changes nothing without you.
  • Data minimization. Website and app in Frankfurt am Main, account and measurement data in the EU, only what is necessary goes to AI providers. More under Data security.
