When you use Neurask, we process the following personal data:

  • Account data: your email address and, if you provide it, your website URL when you create an account or join the waitlist.
  • Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
  • Usage data: technical information such as your IP address, browser type and access times, which are processed automatically when you visit the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Providing and operating the service, including your account and the weekly brand checks (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
  • Managing the waitlist and informing you about the launch (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and lit. f GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security and stability of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

4. Storage and processors

Your data is stored on servers of our hosting and database providers, which process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
