1. Provider and scope

These terms govern the use of Neurask, a service operated by:

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Neurask tracks how often AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini mention your brand, and what they say. The service is currently in beta and provided as early access via a waitlist.

The free beta plan includes tracking for one AI model with one check per week. Features, scope and availability may change during the beta phase.

3. Account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation;
• access the service by automated means other than through the interfaces we provide;
• use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties;
• share, resell or sublicense access to the service.

5. Availability and changes

During the beta phase, the service is provided "as is" without guaranteed availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Results shown by the service reflect the outputs of third-party AI models and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
